FESTIVAL MISSION

Out at the Movies is back for a fifth year with a diverse collection of documentary, dramatic and comedic films that explore aspects of and issues in the gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender community.

The event is organized by a consortium of local LGBT groups and is supported by many local organizations and private individuals.

The purpose of the festival is to:

• Offer the North Country an acccessible cultural event of the highest caliber.
  
  
• Provide an event that meets the need for LGBT culture for its North Country community.
  
  
• Offer members of the North Country's mainstream culture an opportunity to learn about the issues and values of LGBT culture.
